The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and manage all aspects of the conference before and after the event.
You can return to your registration dashboard at any time to add social function tickets, add or amend extras, book or amend accommodation, make payment, edit or begin your abstract, or download your invoice.
If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN Events, you may already have a registration dashboard. Please enter your email and password under returning delegate.
If you have not registered for a conference run by ASN Events before, select register as a new delegate and complete your details to create your registration dashboard.
Yes. Group managers arranging registrations for delegates within their organisation can find instructions here.
A secure online payment site is available through the registration dashboard.
Payment options include credit card and direct debit. Visa and Mastercard payments incur a 1.25% surcharge. AMEX is accepted and incurs a 2.95% surcharge.
Yes. An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided once registered. You can reprint your invoice and receipt from your registration dashboard at any time.

Yes. All rates quoted include GST and are listed in Australian Dollars.
Visa invitation letters can be downloaded from the ESA-SRB-NZSE 2026 registration dashboard once the registration fee has been paid in full and passport details have been entered.
Log in to the registration dashboard as a returning delegate.
Scroll to the Document section and select Visa letter.
Enter all required passport details.
Click Save, then select Download Letter.

Cancellations must be provided in writing to ASN Events. Cancellations made before 30 days prior to the conference start date will be eligible for a refund, less an AUD $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received on or after 30 days before the conference start date will not be refunded, however delegate substitution is possible.
Yes. If you are unable to attend, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing to ASN Events.
Any reimbursement for registration or additional costs must be arranged directly with the new attendee.
