Eligibility: The mentoring session is open to ECRs (≤5 years post-PhD) and MCRs (>5–10 years post-PhD) only.

This session is aimed at fostering the professional and personal development of SRB-NZSE EMCRs. This program seeks to connect EMCRs with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, share insights, and offer support as they navigate their academic and career journeys. This opportunity is open to postdoctoral fellows and independent researchers, within 10 years of completing their PhD. This guided session will bring together small mentor-mentee groups over breakfast to facilitate informal discussion around career pathways, leadership, professional development, and experience in research.
