About this satellite meeting
For the third consecutive year, the SRB Education Special Interest Group (SRB EdSIG) will host this satellite meeting. All delegates planning to attend ESA–SRB–NZSE 2026 are welcome.
The program will feature innovations and interventions relevant to teaching and assessing reproduction, developmental biology and endocrinology, as well as broader scholarship of teaching and learning projects with potential application across these disciplines.
Poster presentations will be incorporated into the main conference Poster Session. Selected oral presentations will be delivered during the satellite meeting in a 10-minute presentation plus five minutes for questions format.

Don O. Kikkawa, MD, FACS is The Trude Kahn Hollander Chair in Ophthalmology at UC San Diego. He is also Distinguished Professor and Chief of the Division of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Vice Chairman at the UC San Diego Department of Ophthalmology and Shiley Eye Institute in La Jolla. He holds a joint appointment as Distinguished Professor of Surgery in the UC San Diego Division of Plastic Surgery.

Social Media for Doctors: How to Build Your Profile Without Risking Your Reputation
SpeakerDr Maria Li
Dr Maria Li is a GP, social media science communicator, and social media strategy advisor. She regularly collaborates with health organisations, government agencies, and healthcare professionals across Australia to develop evidence-based social media content on a broad range of health topics.
Maria is Social Media Strategy Advisor to the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and a member of the World Health Organization’s Fides network of social media health influencers. She writes for the Medical Journal of Australia’s InSight+ on the topic of social media dos and don’ts for doctors.
Maria is the host and producer of The Safe Practice Podcast and co-host of The Good GP, Australia’s largest GP education podcast.
