Abstract submissions are welcome for the following presentation types:

• Oral presentation

• Poster Presentation

• 5 minute lightning oral presentation (and poster)

The best abstracts will be selected for oral presentations and others as posters. 

Categories available for submission:

• Basic Science

• Clinical

• Clinical Case Study

Please note that delegates can register at the Early-bird date but do not need to process the payment for their registration until after they have received the result of their abstract.

Formatting your Abstract

Abstracts should be formatted as follows:

• Paper Title 

• Full Author List

• List of Author affiliations and country 

• The abstract, without subheadings, should be in the following form: Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusion. 

• Overall word count, excluding titles and affiliations must not exceed 300 words. 

• Descriptive text including tables can be added in as a supporting document alongside your abstract however these can only be added in as an Image.

• Cite references in numeric order in parentheses according to first mention in the text.

• Please note, any conflicts of interest need to be declared during the submission process. An abstract is not to be used as advertising any specific product or service.
