Thomas O’Neil
Thomas is currently a postdoc with the HIV & Mucosal Immunity lab at the Westmead Institute for Medical Research characterising anogenital immune cells with high parameter omics technologies as early targets during HIV transmission. He is also a bioinformatician on the MRFF-funded PrecisionGo project, where he develops and applies bioinformatic pipelines across a range of diseases and tissues, utilising spatial (COMET, Xenium & Visium) and single cell (flow cytometry, single cell multiomics) technologies.
